Luck

Luck

Ah the luck of the Irish, I got lucky and a host of other "lucky" phrases fill our language.  That's not even touching "lucky" items people seem to value so much.
There is no luck, only effort, for to be truly lucky you need to put yourself in position to get lucky.

After watching Game Change I find even more reasons to never vote for a Republican, ever.  And if you have read the book you know the Democrats don't look much better.  The HBO movie used Sarah because well, she's hot and the girl sells! The smallest chance of the Alaska Gov becoming President should make you very very scared, as well as make W seem like Reagan....ok ok bad pun.

The past few weeks I have spent some time with the under belly of Tampa & it's people.  The type that feel those with Jobs owe them something...like a check.  The same people who can work but chose not to because the pull of blunts and another baby mama is too great.  Many of them had a future and if they only would have zig'd instead of zagging they could have been something.  No, now they look to bring us down to their level.  Maybe they have a point.  Maybe it is our fault.  You do it, yes you do!  You only talk with "your kind" when out in public.  Heck, you started this crap when you were in grade school, while playing chess with the nerd at home & then slamming that same nerd/friend into a locker while at school.  Keep this in mind, that same nerd may very well have been the one who created the "Shake Weight" and chuckles every time he watches you use it.
